I think the reason why I can't edit the forms may because the person who created the forms shared them with us, and that person is no longer here.
I need to speak with someone I think

Unfortunately, we currently do not have phone support. I am assuming that the person how shared the forms did not give full privileges so you can edit the form. I recommend you contact the new person in charge of this account and verify the permission of the forms.

We just need to add a email address to the notification email.
