Hello,
I cannot get the "test form" to deliver to my email address for some reason. I have looked up the steps on your website to correct the issue, and I still cannot get it to work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi,
The test email will always be sent to the default address associated with your account. To test further emails, you would need to send submissions through the actual form to trigger the email notification.
In order to change your recipient email addresses please refer to our user guide on How to send notifications to multiple email addresses
The process of changing a single recipient email address on your form notifications is just the same on that user guide.
