How do I export the new Jot forms that come in?

Hello.  While having an individual form that is opened from my "inbox"  I've tried printing to PDF and regular printing with just the form alone and it won't work.  It's picking up all of the background on the page before the specific filled out form and just showing the page when I first login in.  =(

Please advise.
