Do you offer an account/login feature for my clients that fill out the form?

I'm looking for a tool that will allow my clients to fill out a form and then log back in later to edit their information. Does jotform offer something like that?

    Hello heidiwaggoner,

Unfortunately no. We do not have such feature where a user can get a login.

If you want you user to be able to edit their submission records, it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding "{edit_link}" tag in the auto responder email body. When the user submit the form, they will receive and email which will include a click able link. Clicking on this link will allow users to edit their own submission data. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

If the person doesnt receive the auto responder or somehow loses the email with the link would we be able to supply them with a new link?

If your users does not receive Autoresponder email or the email with the link is lost, then you would need to manually create another edit link and send them.

You would need to use this URL: http://submit.jotform.co/form.php?formID=

Than at the end of the URL add ID of your form.

Then add to the URL this part &sid= and add ID of the submission from submission page of your form.

    http://submit.jotform.co/form.php?formID=60265199170962&sid=329723853421104587

And at the end of the URL code add this &mode=edit

My demo link looks like this:

    http://submit.jotform.co/form.php?formID=60265199170962&sid=329723853421104587&mode=edit

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hello heidiwaggoner,

There are two issue with the edit link you have shared:

#1. The form domain is not correct. You should use http://submit.jotform.us

#2. The submission ID you have mentioned in the edit link URL is not correct. There is no such submission ID in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

If you add any existing submission ID of your form with the following edit link URL, it will work without any issues:  http://submit.jotform.us/form.php?formID=53204017413138&sid=________&mode=edit

    Hope this helps.
