With the free form program, I am able to receive 100 submissions per month, but received a pop up that I'm almost at my limit but only have 50

As of my reply, your submission count is at 71 submissions. You will still be able to use your forms. The forms in your account will only be disabled once the submission limit has exceeded 100. The submission counter will reset to 0 on February 1, 2016.
