To Jotform support....
You made a crucial error in your email notification and in the information box at the top of the forum.
Here is how to fix it!
Login to jotform.net.
Click on your form and choose Edit.
Then choose Save.
Then get the source code and embed in your form.
If you are using https, then choose Embed Options.
Check "Secure Form"
Copy new source code.

I didn't have to do any of that. I simply changed the domain in my form code on my websites to jotformpro.com. That's it...and all is working perfectly.

Depending on which type of form you are using and what embed method you use, the changes required may be slightly different.
Its a releif to see that most of our users seem to working through the change OK.

Well, that did not work for me. When I changed to jotformpro.com, the entire form disappeared.
