How Can We create a report from a matrix table on our form?

Hi, We're having problems downloading visual report on our form due to slow internet connectivity on our country(Philippines). May we ask you to download for us the visual report of our form? And how can we create a report from a matrix table on our form. Please Reply ASAP.

If we download the visual report, you will still need to download it from us, so I think it may not change anything. If the issue is slow internet connectivity, you might need to open the form builder and download the reports on a different network connection (one that is much more stable and faster).

The Visual Report builder is an online tool, so you'll need to be connected to the internet. Another way that might help you is integrating your form on Google Spreadsheet, you can do that by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. 

The benefit of Google spreadsheet? It allows you to automatically upload all your submissions in the spreadsheet when you integrate it. If you are familiar Google spreadsheet, it has basic to advance features that will allow you to create visual reports like pie charts, here's a link that might help: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/63728?hl=en. It is a great tool to analyze your data, the matrix field are separated by columns there so it should be more flexible.
