Problem With Key Encryption

I setup key encryption for my Tygtal Scout form a while ago and today we received a new submission but now when I go to view the data everything is encrypted. I have changed anything on my browser to make it do that and would like to know what to do. I still have the original key saved to my computer. Can you please assist me with this problem.
