Additionally, when I ran a test, I got an error message after hitting the reply button but the message was sent to the president, Colby Crenshaw at email@example.com.
Can you help me with these requests?
Can you please let us know which reply button you are referring to? I've checked the form, 50693440348154, and the only button on the form is the Submit button.
Did you mean that there was an error when you've clicked on the Submit button?
Could you please also let us know what kind of an error did you receive?

However, if the form is giving you any errors or if it is not functioning correctly when embedded, we highly recommend that you re-embed your form by using our iFrame embed method, instead of the script embed method that is used now. Please let us know how it goes.
