Submissions Getting enabled not getting
According to my checks on your form, I found that your "Sender E-mail" option on your "Notification" settings has no value. Please set one of the options like "firstname.lastname@example.org", "email@example.com" or with your custom email service provider "COE.firstname.lastname@example.org" for it.
