How to send submission emails to different email address from each form?Asked by ekore on January 28, 2016 at 01:12 AM
We created 3-4 forms and when someone fills it it goes to an e mail adress that we assigned. But we want one of the forms diverted to an different e mail adress. Is it possible.
Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You should change the "Recipient Email" of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-find-and-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email
If you want to send submission emails to multiple email address, it is also possible to achieve your requirement and here are the options available:
#1. You should add multiple email addresses separated by comma and space in the "Recipient Email" address of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
#2. You can add one new email alert for every email address you want the submission email to go to. The following guide should help you add new email alert: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Hope this helps.
