    Also, I don't see this form i created listed in my form list.  here's the link.

    Hi, I have a free account.  this form that I'm working with is not even showing up on form list. (1) where's my form, and what do I do to get it BACK? I have it in my dreamweaver file.  Here's my code:  what do I change.

    Hi jdlit1950, you need to convert .com extension to .net extension

    THANKS FOR your quite respone.... But I'm still getting an error.  Like i said I don't see my form listed in "my list of forms"

    Please be sure that you changed all extensions. I looked at your source code and I saw many jotform.com extentension. Please switch them with .net

    You don't have such form. Maybe you created it with guest account.
