unable to access "Mark Complete" tab in MOS

    Hello tracie,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are unable to mark the incomplete payment submissions as complete?

    I am unable to trace your account. Can you please let us know your account username or email address you have used in your profile? Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID as well.
