Lately I have been getting the same exact submission coming in multiple times. Sometimes they come in a few minutes apart, sometimes a few hours, or even days, apart from each other. The customers say they are only filling it out once. A few recent example of this is in the following forms:

    Example 1

    Form: https://form.jotform.com/40995554809974

    Embedded: http://www.paulsherryrvs.com/rv/piqua+oh/fourwinds+classagas/2917/four+winds+windsport+34n

    Submissions IDs: 329658823252343785, 329658916252156790

    Example 3

    Form: Same as Example 2

Any insight will be extremely helpful! Thanks

I've checked the submissions for the JotForm that you have provided and seems that they are all submitted from same IP address except for Ex 3. I see that the form is embedded using iframe on your JotForm. I was able to submit the form for the second time by reloading the submitted form iframe. Could you try re-embedding the form using normal Javascript embed method to see if the issue is resolved?

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Hello, Unfortunately the platform that the website is hosted on does not allow <script> code to be used in areas controlled by me, the client. This is the reason for the irregular embed coding, using only the <iframe> coding. I will have to contact them to to see if they will change their restrictions.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if this resolve the issue. Also please verify if your users are not accidentally pressing the submit button more than once and they are not refreshing the screen after submitting the form.  This might create a duplicated thread.
