Showing 'v8_build_source.js' error message when loading a form.

The form that is having a problem is this one:

When I try to open it from the "my Forms" window, it opens fine. But if anyone else with the link (including me) opens it any other way, they get the v8 error, so I'm not sure what to do.

I've seen that this is a temporary issue, but I don't know how long it should take to fix. if I need to notify anyone, or what steps i need to take in order to solve it.

It could be a temporary issue, since initially I was able to see the same error message when loading your form, but I opened it on the form builder and then when clicking on the preview button I was able to load it successfully.
