I have a holiday rental website using flash. Most of my enquirers are able to see the website and the embedded forms quite clearly, however, recently I have had increasing reports that some visitors to the website can not see the embedded pricing panel or the embedded booking form which I use from Jotform. They are able to see the webpage without difficulties but can only see a blank screen where the form is embedded.

I have had to temporarily add an alternative page link to my website so that guests can view the pricing or the booking form in an alternative way but I wish to resolve this.

Can you explain the reason for this and what I can do to rectify the issue. Or perhaps it is not a fault of the website or the html form but more a problem with the settings on the individual browsers. I do understand that some browsers by default block 'Java settings' as a security issue. Is this the issue perhaps?

Thank you kindly and looking forward to your advice.
