Only show a field when an option from the other field is checked

Also, I want to show the field "course director's email if other" only when the field "course director" is equal to other. Not sure how to set it up. for now, it shows when the form is blank, I hope it could be hidden.

It looks like the conditional logic won't work when the other box is used. But when configuring a condition, you should only add "show" rule and the field will be automatically hidden and will be visible only when the option is checked. Example:

 

Again, enabling the other won't work so I would suggest adding this as an option then use it in the condition (example above).
