Reports are showing 0 submissions for me.

When I download submissions as excel or produce a report each piece of data shows 0, however if I look at individual submissions by using get pdf I can view what each individual submitted to my form.

Here is a pie chart of one of my forms questions from the visual report builder:

And here is an individual submission from when I choose a submission and click get pdf:

Clearly I have had at least one response of 1-20, yet the visual report builder shows 0 and if I download as excel it is blank.

How can I fix this? Or am I going to have to build my own report manually by getting a pdf of each submission?

Since you have EU only data enabled and the account sharing the forms with you does not, you will be unable to view the submission data:

Either your accounts needs to remove the EU only requirement or the account sharing the forms with you needs to enable it.  Either way would allow you to view submissions and create reports from them once again.
