We are tracking transactions between two parties. One party can submit the transaction information, but we want to be able to send an email to the other party to verity that such transaction actually took place. Is this possible with Jot Forms?

I'm not quite sure if I understand how your process flow works.
Would you like to send a copy of the submission to another person that will validate or check the information? Something like this:
1. Customer/Client fills out the form
2. Submission is sent to a person in charge of checking the information, he/she then signs or edit it, like adding a status "Verified" on the submission.
3. He/she will then resubmit the form
4. The submission will then be sent to the final recipient
Is that correct? Perhaps this guide might help: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection. You can add the {edit_link} in the email notification so that the initial recipient can append changes on the form like his/her signature or approval. Here's a link about the edit link in emails: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Do let us know if that somehow helps.
