100 free submissions

Since I started my account today jan 28th, do you calculate the 100 submission limit from jan 28 - feb 28, etc.. or is it 100 per actual month (for ex: 100 for feb, 100 for march, etc.).  Also, do I get notified when I hit my limit of 100 and what happens if another person tries to make the 101 submission.

Thank you for contacting us. The submission counter, actually counts from the first of the month to the last day of the month. It is not when you created the account.

In regards to your other question, you will be receiving notification before and after you reach the submission limit. Once your have reach the limit all forms will be disabled until you either upgrade or wait till the following months starts.

For this reason both emails will ask you to upgrade so your forms are not disable and you can continue to receive submission with no problems.
