How do I get the "labels" visible in the spreadsheet?

Hi. See uploaded attachments. I like the design of the form when using only grey text inside the text boxes. In other Words, no labels in top or next to the text boxes. The problem by doing it this way, is (I assume) that the grey text inside the text boxes are not "defined as labes" and therefore don't show up as headers in the excelfile when I download registered info to Excel. Is there a way to get the grey text inside the text boxes to show as headers in the spreadshett?

    Thx.

When reviewing your form I noticed that none of your text boxes and fields do not have any labels. This is the reason you do not see any labels in the header of your excel file. I noticed that you created a HTML text, assuming the group that section of fields.

I am assuming that you would like this tags to be displayed on your excel file. Unfortunately, this is not possible. You would need to modify this manually. Only the fields that can be filled are exported in the excel.
