Error 500 Internal Server Error

    Hi there,

    When people are tying to complete our form they get a '500 Internal Server Error'. is there anyway to stop this happening?

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I opened your form and made a test submission, however, I'm unable to replicate the problem.

    But we noticed that there seems to be some loading problems on some forms. Our developers are already aware of it and currently fixing the problem, it might be related to this one.

    Could you please try in your end and let us know if you are able to replicate the same issue?
