depuis plusieurs semaines, je ne recois plus les soumissions dans ma boite mail. Pourquoi ?

I have removed it and you should be able to receive your emails now, also, I noticed that you have not configured your emails properly, please, follow this guide in order to prevent your emails to prevent bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
