Exporting to docx or gdoc?

    I'm hoping to use your site to generate a form that staff members can fill in detailing their procedures for various tasks, which I would then like to export as documents for revision control. is this possible? Thanks.

    First of all, you have two forms that currently are hosted in a guest account. Guest accounts relies on your browsers cache, whatever happens to it, your form may get lost or purge.



    Please register a free account with the same email address "chris.raistrick@bristol.ac.uk", if the forms are not automatically transferred, please let us know what your username is, so we can do it.

    Now, regarding to your questions, yes you can create your online form, and you can export your form submission into, Excel, CSV, or PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    You can also integrate your forms with Google Docs:

    Unfortunately, the answer is not. You are only allowed to export submission to excel, CSV or PDF format.
