my form i suddenly not showing

    we were able to send test submission, then it won;t show up anymore.

    Our developers have informed us that this is now fixed, I can confirm your forms are back to normal.

    The reason of the problem is that there was a brief outage in our servers.

    Very sorry for all the inconveniences caused to you.

    One more issue, on the thank you page. the Thank you and the link on that page is not showing the gull page/.
