    Unfortunately, I am not fully understanding you issue. Are you trying yo create a fill-able PDF and you are not able to view a drop down field? I suggest you view our users guide:

    Fillable PDF Everything you need to know about JotForm Fillable PDF Creator

    Here will indicate all the limitation fill-able PDF have.

    If this is not the issue, please feel free to correct me.

    No, when I look at the submissions and try to download it into .pdf the answers that were submitted on my drop down questions are not showing up on the .pdf.

    Thank you for the clarification. If you press the setting button in the submission page, located on the top right, you will see all the fields available to be displayed. You just need to check or uncheck the fields you wish to include in the report. At the bottom you may also include fields that are empty.
