What happens when there are failures?

I'd like to know if there are notifications when there are errors. For example, if someone submits a form, but the payment fails. How do I get notified of that? Also, if someone submits an incorrect email address, and an automated email fails, how do I get notified of that? Thank you for your help!

If you create a payment form and users for some reason complete the form but not the payment, you can setup a notification that will send out when you  have incomplete payments

How to setup Incomplete Payment Notification E-mail

There is not way to verify if the user enters a correct email. When you place an email field, user will get an error if the email enter is not valid, but can't verify if it is correct or not. We have a widget, email correctness check, which will give hints on how the email should be entered.

The only way to complete verify if the emails have gone through correctly, would be to check the EMAIL HISTORY

Thank you for this information. It looks like the incomplete payment notification only works with paypal but we are using authorize.net. Can you tell me how payment failures work with authorize?

    Thank you!

Yes, the incomplete payment email is mainly for our Paypal Integration.

With authorize.net, we don't have any method of notifying you for errors. Errors such as declined transactions are presented below the field or when the form is submitted. Your users can go back to correct it.

For automated emails, you'll get it when the form is successfully submitted. But you have to make sure that you have entered the correct email address in the notifier settings.
