FullName Field mapping in Infusionsoft integrationAsked by revlcar1 on January 29, 2016 at 03:44 PM
The fields in the Jotform like "address" and "full name" do not match infusionsoft's "first name" "last name" how do we make this match / parse the data?
Thank you for the help!!
You will have to create a custom fields in Infusionsoft that will match the custom fields in the form.
Please check this articles from Infusionsoft regarding custom fields mapping
Hope this help. Let us know how it goes
Ok, I restructured the fields for that.
I was sent this video for the integrations and how to do the file upload to match a custom field inInfusionsoft.
Apparently its a different version of Integration on Jotform?
When I do the file upload, jot doesn't send the full url to my custom field like in the video. (see video minute 21:00)
