how do I upload a file page or document into my form? I got as far as "click on this" but it opens up to an old page, I need to replace it!!

If you mean upload a document on the form builder, that's not possible. We don't allow uploading documents on the form builder except images. You have to upload the document file in your server and add a link of the file in your form using the Text tool under Form Tools.

However, if you want to allow file uploads in your form so your form users can upload a file from their computer to your form, simply add a file upload field in your form. It is also under Form Tools.
