Why am I not receiving my form email?

    I contacted you about two weeks ago because I was having problems receiving my forms.  You asked me to whitelist your addresses and I did.  You also wrote that you removed my email address from your list of those that were being blocked.  Since then and up until two days ago, I was receiving my forms again.  Today I noticed that two forms had again not been delivered.  I'm not sure why. Any help would be appreciated.

    I checked it and noticed some failed logs again. I think you have figured out how to remove your email address from the bounce list. I checked it too and you are not listed there anymore.

    If this continues to happen in your form and if adding noreply@jotform.com to your contact list or safe sender list in MSN don't work, I would recommend setting up an SMTP. Here's our guide:

    SMTP means that you will be sending the form emails using your own email address.
