    I do not get recipient e-mails from my Form

    My Form URL is: www.a1entrepreneurteam.com My recipient e-mail is: info@a1entrepreneurteam.com and that e-mail works as I have tested it and it does receive-mails from other sources. I thought at one time that I was receiving e-mails when I first set up the Form but not any more. Can you see why this might be?

    I have just reviewed your email and notice that it was in our bonce list. 

    I have removed it and you should be able to receive emails properly. If you experience the issue again, you may always check our bounce list from your account page.

    Thanks but I have done that about 5 times myself and it keeps reappearing on that list. Same thing just now. You removed it so I sent a TEST e-mail as per the MAIL instructions and it appeared again on the bounce list. 

    Other e-mails sent through info@a1entrepreneurteam.com come through just fine so it must be something between my server and jotform that is not allowing your form e-mail to work. Last night I did change to another e-mail address and the form mail worked just fine.

    So I am still mystified as to why the info@a1entrepreneurteam.com address is being bounced.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just re-checked our bounce list and it is no longer there. You can review our users guide on step on how to prevent this

    You can also contact you email provider and ask them to include our IP WhiteList

    Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    If you are still having issues, please let us know.

    Everything works now that I put in the sender (Name) and (E-mail) on the Form Recipient notice. I guess they were being blocked because it had no sender name and no sender e-mail!!

    And yes, you have to configure your emails as indicated on the guide provided by my colleague above, so you should receive all your emails and avoid bouncing.
