Getting the field data as the folder name in Google Drive

Hola, tengo una duda, quiero que que al llenar un formulario en línea se guarde en mi google drive con uno el contenido de uno de los campos del mismo específicamente con el título del resumen. Hasta ahora solo lo hace por la fecha en que fue llenado. ¿Cómo debo hacer para que lo guarde con el nombre del título?

I think you mean to have the field data as the folder name in your Google Drive Integration. Is this correct? You can do this, but you have to re-integrate the form to Google Drive. In the integration process, make sure to select the field. Here's an example setting:

Your form is already integrated to Google Drive. You have to remove it first:

Integrations > Google Drive > Remove Integration
