    Hi

For some reason I cannot remove two submit buttons from my form (and when the form loads it doesn't display a submit button). It's located here: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60288258571968#

Appreciate if someone can assist me on this matter.

    Kind regards

    David Jones

I have just cloned your form and did notice that you have two submit buttons and the RED X did not appear. You can remove any field by right-clicking the field. In the content menu just select the DELETE option to remove the field.

Please let us know if this helps.

Dear Victor - The problem remains. Right clicking on either Submit button does not bring up the context menu. However all other sections of the form do work for the context menu. It is only the submit buttons that I cannot deal with. Is there a way to access the source code and change it?

    thanks for your assistance.

    Regards

    David

The problem is that you have created a form that violates our terms of use.

Because it request for credit card sensitive information.

Card numbers, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

In light of this, it is a must to integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.

For now I have removed the guilty fields on the form. But you must refrain of making new forms like that, otherwise, we will be obligated to suspend your account and cancel the subscription.
