I have set up an autoresponder with a thank you and confirmation, but I would like the autoresponder email to also reflect the information sent.

When you create an autoresponder, all the questions in your form are added by default, however, if they are not, just open the autoresponder, while editing the template, you will find all the fields on the right side, you can add them just clicking on each one.
