How can I track who I have sent forms to?

    Is there a place I can see who I have sent a form to?

    Can you tell us how you sent your form http://www.jotform.us/form/60266320180142 ?

    If its via email, then you can check on your sent email.

    If you have embedded the form on a website, or just using the direct URL of the form, you can also check who have submitted/used your form. You can check this in your My Forms Submissions page.
