Set half values or decimal values in the Slider with calculated result widget

2 - I would like the numerical range on the slider to be different on different forms - so I need to know how to do the following -

a) 1 - 10 ( I have done this so you don't need to explain)

b) 1 - 10 ( but with half values as well - so 1 / 1.5 / 2/ 2.5 etc)

c) 1- 10 ( but with decimal values as well - so 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 etc )

You have to remove the Min and Max line and replace it with values. The values should be separated by a comma.

Example:

values = 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10

You can do the same for decimal. 

Here are the decimal values. I have created it for your convenience:
