    Is there a app or widget I can get so I can allow users to ask and publish a question, allowing the public to answer it, similar to Quora? Thank you!

    I believe you are looking for a forum type of web application. Unfortunately, JotForm does not have a membership function unlike Quora. This type of form you're asking is not possible here in JotForm. It is possible to create a "guestbook" type of form here. Please check these 2 threads:
