All the email notifications in my applications (HF Application & Contractor Applications) have had my email (firstname.lastname@example.org) replaced by email@example.com. Now the administrator on the account is receiving all the notifications. I spent numerous hours ensuring that I receive a copy of the applications, not the President of our organization.

I could not locate any form titled "HF Application & Contractor Applications", could you share the form link? That's odd, the only way to change the recipient in your notification is by manually doing it as explained on this guide(you can set it back as it was following the guide): https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-find-and-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email
Does anybody else have access to your account? You can check your account history by clicking on the shape person icon>>Account>>History.
