Show Fields Based on 2 different items.

I would like to show children information fields based on # of children selected in the membership type field and it is not working. 

I added another field how many children to achieve this goal and it worked, however I would prefer to use the memberships type field*(# 0f children) selection. 

Form Collapse is not automatically displaying fields (child membership information & 2nd child membership information)  based on condition,

You can show/hide multiple fields at once with out using the form collapses.
