Hi my inquiries from the jot form coming from separate different email addresses and different people end up all together in 1 thread in gmail. Isn't it supose to com in as separate inquiries with different headers in gmail? Please advice how can i edit the form to do this. Or maybe you can help me set the form properly.

Your notification is properly setup. You might want to assign a field of your form where the user enters his email address in the reply-to email field:
