I see that this is about your form:
If I understand correctly what you need, you would like to conditionally show/hide the fields based on selection in How Many Family Member for Membership field.
We recommend using the show multiple action in your show / hide conditions, and set your conditions such that:
IF Family members is equal to 1, Show Multiple: name
IF Family members is equal to 2, Show Multiple: name, 2nd family member
IF Family members is equal to 3, Show Multiple: name, 2nd family member, 1st child name, DoB and age
Please take a look at the following image for visual presentation of the condition:
Using the show multiple conditions will ensure that the fields are only displayed to your users when the conditional field (how many family members) is filled. Your conditions would endup looking like this:
You can see a demo form with these conditions already applied, here:
Let us know if you run into any issues in setting it up on your main form, and we will be happy to help.

On my form I would like to show/hide fields based on the membership type field selections.(#0f Adults # of children) It works for the $ of Adults selection but not the Children selection https://form.jotform.com/60291035659154 Membership Type (Annual) * Adult $20.00
1 2 Total
0 1 2 Total
If they select 1 adult 1 child -then it should show (Child Membership Information)
If they select 1 adult 2 child -then it should show (Child Membership Information) & 2nd Membership Information)
If they select 2 adults 1 children then it should show (2nd Family Member Name & Email, Child Membership Information
If they select 2 adults 2 children then it should show (2nd Family Member Name & Email, Child Membership Information & 2nd Child Membership Information)
The difference from https://form.jotformpro.com/form/60302197069959 is its only based on 1 field selection. How Many Family Member for Membership *

I seems like conditions are not properly working with product quantities, I cloned your form, deleted all submissions, and created simple condition:
And it did not work:
I will report this to our second level, you will be notified via this thread, when this gets fixed.
