Reoccuring/Looping error message when trying to download submissions...

Hi,

I have been trying to download the submissions to one of my forms but keep getting the following error message:

"To display this page, Firefix must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier"

This issue has only just started happening and regardless of the buttons I click on the message just keeps appearing and I cannot export my submissions which is imperative for me on a weekly basis.

Please can you let me have a fix to this?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. Upon checking the error message you got on the internet, here' what I found out:

On that Support forum thread from Mozilla, you may find the solution to your issue. 

I would also like to suggest you try to use a different browser like Google Chrome and see if you'll still get any other error message.

Now on clicking to download my submissions I am not even getting that error message and I am not getting my download either. This is an urgent issue now as if I cannot download my submissions your system, that I am paying for, is useless to me. I need an urgent resolution to this ASAP please.
