форма не отправляет анкетные данный на почту

Добрый день!
Я перенес свой сайт на другой хостинг. Форма работает, на сайте jotform.com я вижу все заполненные формы, но они не передаются дальше на указанный e-mail info@greenlotterycard.com 
Подскажите в чем может быть проблема.

I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your email alert correctly and the submission email should be sent successfully to info@greenlotterycard.com

Upon checking our email logs, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine. Do test your form again and get back to us if you still do not receive the submission emails.
