I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your email alert correctly and the submission email should be sent successfully to email@example.com
Upon checking our email logs, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 LTD BeGet: user not found.
I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine. Do test your form again and get back to us if you still do not receive the submission emails.
