Why are the "hidden" labels on my responses not hidden?

I have several responses, radio button, fill-in etc. that are labeled and have the hover text "This label will not appear on the form". Yet clearly... IT IS! Help please.

You were actually referring to the labels / questions on the form as should be hidden and they show on the Facebook page.

But on the actual form URL http://www.jotform.me/form/52001902200432   only.. they are indeed hidden.

Do not remove the field's labels/questions by deleting them. You will notice that the default labels become "Click to edit" since they were deleted or empty.

Always use proper labels. Since you want them hidden, you can use custom CSS code instead to hide the specific label names of the fields (individually).

I also recommend re-embedding the form to your Facebook page after you made the updates.

This will ensure the embedded form is the updated version.

Thanks for the screen capture. I tried part of the steps, but I can only see part of the video and have no idea what you did. not it looks worse than it did before because none of the text is black anymore. Now the labels are black and some "questions" aren't showing but the labels are. For example, I'd like the "Did you share..." question to show and prompt the Yes/No but don't want the "share/comment labels to show when viewing the form. I'm much more lost than before.
