You probably will need to add our domains in your Cpanel settings for domain @ffrd.org

Here is the list you must add.

    JOTFORM MAILSERVER DOMAINS LIST:

    us-sub1.jotservers.com
    us-sub2.jotservers.com
    aws-sub1.jotservers.com
    aws-sub2.jotservers.com
    us-app2.jotservers.com
    jotservers.com
    jotmails.com
    jotform.com
    amazonses.com
    email.amazonses.com
    *.smtp-out.amazonses.com
    jotform.co
    secure.jotform.co
    s3.amazonaws.com
    static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

You might try by checking if the email address involved landed in our bounce list, so you can remove it. Here is how:

Our address is not on your bounce list, but I wonder if you already
    checked that.
After I asked my question, the system started working again.
    What is a Cpanel setting?

I am glad to know that your issue has been resolved. The cpanel is an interface that allows a domain owner to easily manage aspects of their account. You can check out this article on wikipedia for more information regarding the cpanel: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPanel
