How can i retrieve a jotform that has disappeared?

    Hi, 

     

    I was working on a jotform called 'ACF16 Winter Garden Vendor Questionnaire' when I was asked to login again. Once i logged in the form had disappeared and was replaced by a much much earlier version that had been entitled 'Clone of 2017 Nathaniel O'Brien Class of Cabaret Scholarship Submission'. 

    Is there anyway to retrieve my lost jot form? 

    I have checked in the trash and archive but it doesn't seem to be anywhere.

    Unfortunately, I was unable to find a form titled ACF16 Winter Garden Vendor Questionnaire. However, I can see that your account has a form titled ACF16 Winter Garden Stall Holder Questionnaire. I checked the form and it's header is named ACF16 Winter - Food Vendor Questionnaire.
