Hi, I would like to change my user name and email adress is it possible and if yes, how should I proceed ?

You cannot change your username in your end, but we can do that for you.

Please provide us at least 3 possible usernames you want (in case the first one is not anymore available). 

Please also note that if you are using custom URLs on your form, the custom URLs won't work anymore after changing the username. You need to recreate the custom URL for those forms.

For the email address in your account, you can easily change it under your account settings under the "Profile" section.
