    I am not quite sure if I understand your concern correctly.

    I checked your website and I see that you seem to have already setup your products with check boxes on it. Here's a screencast:

    If you would like to create conditions based on the product orders selected, that should be possible by using conditional logic. Here's a guide about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic.
