I have multiple forms which are not forwarding sign-ups to my email. It started about three days ago and like I said it's more than one form. The emails are not in my junk or spam folder. please help.

According to my checks, the email address "email@example.com" has jumped in a bounce list and your several forms are using this email, that's why you haven't been receiving an email from those forms. Now, I fixed this issue, you should be fine after that time.
In addition, if you encounter this error in the future, you can manually release your email address from bounce list. Below, there is an useful guide about how to do it:
Alternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.
