all my notifications are being combined into 1 thread in gmail. been through the forum and tried various theories, none have worked. added id in, setting name as sender. Although prefer jotform have had to change back to 123contact as this is causing problem
I believe Gmail will group the emails you are receiving based from the subject you have added in your email notification.
I then made a test form, in my case, I used the Unique ID widget to create unique subject lines.
In my email notification, I added the unique ID in the subject field.
When I make submissions, they are separated by the subject, not in one thread.
